These principles cover the quote request and follow-up of authorised visits. There are no cookies and no audience measurement.
Quote request
The form asks for identity, contact details, the property, the province, the municipality and the invoicing preference. The request stays on the device until it is confirmed by phone, email or WhatsApp.
Purpose
To prepare a quote, arrange the visit and keep the authorised history of that property.
Controller
The controller is the contracting company named on the quote and the invoice. It is not replaced with an example.
Images of visits
Image capture is limited to the authorised visit. It is not continuous monitoring of staff. Only the client authorised for that property can view its recordings.
Separation of clients
An owner does not see the data, the images or the invoices of another property.
Retention
How long images and files are kept is set with the contract. Recordings are not kept without a limit by default.
